An Indigenous family is planningĀ to pursue legal action after they say a newborn baby wasĀ apprehended by Child and Family Services without warning.
A taxi was on its way to bring the mother and baby home on Monday,Ā when a child-welfare worker unexpectedly showed up at the Winnipeg hospital, the motherās older sister said in an interview.
