In a Tweet that quickly went viral, Canadaās UN mission added multiple remarks to a March 16 letter from Russiaās UNĀ ambassador, Vassily Nebenzia. The missive sought support for Russiaās draft resolution on providing aid access and civilian protection in Ukraine.
